Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly that you wish to withdraw from your purchase before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

After notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the item to us within 14 days. We will provide you with the return address and return instructions.

Condition of returned items

You may examine the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function.

If the product has been handled more than necessary and this has resulted in a reduction in its value, we may make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the reduction in value, where permitted by applicable law.

Please return the product securely packaged and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Return shipping

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

For returns handled using our return shipping service, a return shipping fee of 39 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at [EVA CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] as soon as possible and include your order number and, where relevant, photos showing the issue.

Claims concerning defective or incorrect products are handled separately from the right of withdrawal and in accordance with applicable consumer law. You will not be charged return shipping costs for an approved claim concerning a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, or you have provided evidence that the item has been sent back, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments covered by the withdrawal in accordance with applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
