Welcome to EVA. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases made through our online store.

Throughout these Terms, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EVA. Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products to you.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

1. PRODUCTS

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and display settings.

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

2. ORDERS

When you place an order through our online store, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect product information, obvious pricing errors or where a product is unavailable.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.

You have the right to cancel an order before it has been delivered in accordance with applicable Swedish consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, we may be entitled to compensation for reasonable costs caused by the cancellation where permitted by law.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed to consumers are stated in SEK and include applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Any applicable shipping charges or other additional costs will be clearly presented before you complete your purchase.

Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment and billing information.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price confirmed when the purchase becomes binding, subject to applicable law concerning obvious pricing errors.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery time has been expressly agreed.

We are responsible for the goods during delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights in the event of delayed or failed delivery are not affected by these Terms.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Information about how to exercise your right of withdrawal, return shipping costs, refunds and the condition of returned products is provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

Your statutory rights concerning defective goods are separate from your right of withdrawal and are not limited by our return policy.

6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your rights regarding defective products are governed by applicable consumer protection law, including the Swedish Consumer Sales Act where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory right to make a complaint regarding a defective product.

Third-party trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.

Purchases made through our store are made directly between you and EVA. Shopify provides the underlying platform but is not the seller of EVA products.
