Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

At EVA, selected products may be available for pre-order before they are ready for dispatch.

Cancelling a pre-order

You may request to cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact EVA through the contact form on our website and include your order number.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, you retain your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your order, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delays

If your pre-order is delayed, we will inform you and provide an updated estimated dispatch date. Your statutory consumer rights in the event of delayed delivery remain unaffected.

Refunds

Approved cancellations will be refunded using the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
